The comic maker runs in your browser. Selecting characters, changing dialogue variants, choosing expressions, and arranging bubbles do not send your comic to a server. This edition has no accounts, uploads, saved online cards, or public card links.
Your current comic is held in the page’s memory. Reloading or closing the page resets it. PNG downloads are generated on your device; printing and saving a PDF use your browser’s print tools. RCC does not keep a copy of these downloads.
The comic-maker code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or include analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts, or AI service calls.
RCC uses Cloudflare for its online delivery. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, and security-related data, to deliver and protect the website. Depending on the services and settings enabled, Cloudflare may also use security cookies or browser checks. This processing is separate from the comic maker’s local processing; an online visit may leave server records.

You may download and share the comics you create using RCC. Keeping the RCC signature helps other people find the club. A download is not automatically published by RCC: if you post it on another service, that service’s terms and privacy practices apply.
